Listing View Analytics & Privacy
When you view an individual DDF® property, this website sends CREA a listing-view analytics event. The event contains the property’s DDF ListingKey, this website’s DDF Destination ID, the event type “View”, the site language, and a pseudonymous random device/browser identifier stored in a first-party cookie. The identifier is used consistently for this browser and has the Destination ID appended as required by CREA’s analytics specification.
Homza does not send your IP address or referral URL to the CREA Analytics Web Service. The analytics identifier cookie is HttpOnly, uses SameSite=Lax, is Secure when the website uses HTTPS, and expires after 365 days. Homza does not store the raw CREA analytics UUID in its own analytics database.
